When I’m able to incorporate maple syrup products into recipes it makes me do a little happy dance. Rich and flavorful syrup from our Vermont sugarbush can be used for breads, pancakes, cookies, main dishes (including chicken and pork), and as a marinade for steaks. Maple sprinkles can be used whenever you want a little crunchy topping – over ice cream, oatmeal, and sprinkled on top of cookies before baking.
